This is an excellent counting learning tool, based on the Cuisenaire method, designed for pre-school and elementary school students.
Each rod's color and length correspond to a specific natural number. The smallest rod is 1 cm long and represents unity.
The rods can be used to represent various mathematical operations. Learn addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction representation, and number comparison. The rods can also be used for creative tasks as parts of mosaics, pictures, or constructions.
The tasks presented on the activity cards are perfect for both independent and supervised learning. The counting rods can be arranged according to the tasks shown on the cards. The difficulty of each task is rated with stars, making it easy to choose the order in which to tackle them.
